Lance has been with Horizon Partners Northwest since 2002.
As Chief Operations Engineer, his main role is to oversee and provide preventative maintenance, using his years of expertise in building operations, to ensure all of Horizon Partners Northwest’s properties operate at their optimum potential.
Lance's responsibilities and duties include responding and resolving daily building operation issues, providing a high level of communication and customer service to tenants, and supervising engineers.
