An Industry Pioneer

Cammy has worked in the real estate industry since she was 24. Initially working with landlords as a tenant representative for a widely known telecom provider, she learned firsthand what tenants expect for customer service. Her work history and career is associated with various aspects of real estate, beginning as a Tenant Representative doing lease negotiation of radio and warehouse sites for US West.

After transferring to the cellular side as a Project Manager, her responsibilities expanded to include site selection, lease negotiation for retail stores, office space and overseeing space design and construction.

In 2002, Cammy joined the Horizon Partners Northwest team as an Asset Manager. She held that role for 16 years, providing hands-on management and oversight for more than 25 properties under Horizons purview. In this role, she represented the landlord, acting as if these properties were her own and continually working behind the scenes to make sure her tenants receive the appropriate level of customer service they deserve. In 2018, she was promoted to her current role as President.
